The Classic Modern Thong is special because it is so versatile. You have the ability to sew this pattern in its simplest form – Version 1 using a stretchy knit fabric and picot elastic. If you prefer a more delicate style then Version 2 is perfect. It is made from scalloped edged stretch lace and a fold over elastic waistband. It has the appearance of a bikini underwear but it wears like a thong. If you are looking to get more creative with your lingerie Version 3 is for you. It is just like Version 1 but with the addition of a lace overlay along the waistline. It is a very romantic touch to a modern thong style.
